Pooler is a ride-finder app - it helps you find a family within your neighbourhood whose child/children are going to the same school as your child and with whom you can share a ride to & from school. The app is designed to ring-fence data of individual schools. This means you do not see data that belongs to other schools.
You can find or offer a ride in 2 easy steps:
- First, confirm which of your children you wish to share a ride for/with
- Search for a ride and contact that family, or offer your own ride
Offer a ride
Use our intuitive wizard to indicate when you are offering a ride, for how many children and in which direction (from school or to school).
Never set-up a ride-share arrangement with someone you haven't met and till you have satisfied yourself with all aspects of the ride's safety - whether you are sending your child with someone or offering other children a ride. These aspects could include quality of driving, conduct of other occupants and more.

What makes Pooler safe?
Pooler is pre-loaded with data from your child's school. Hence it is guaranteed that only parents of children studying in the same school as your child, are visible to you (and vice-versa)
The app shows you not only the names of the parents offering or seeking a ride, but also the name and class/section of the child. This helps you make a conclusive identification
By ring-fencing the data commercial operators are not included in this app
The app only helps you find a ride. The actual coordination of the ride happens only after you have established one-on-one contact with other parent/child.
